Tethering is allowed, but only if you have unlimited data and only in Go Roam in Europe locations. There’s no limit on call or texts within your allowance in Go Roam in Europe locations, but outside Europe you can only use up to 5000 texts back to the UK per month, and up to 3000 minutes.
